Emily had always liked Entlebuchers from seeing them at shows on the continent. After a lot of research and waiting for the right litter and right puppy, finally, Betty arrived to join us.

Betty is very much part of the Bernese family and definitely believes she is the smartest, fastest Bernese that has ever lived and because of this belief is disappointed daily by her dinner portion! She’s a total princess, loves her home comforts and ensures she always has the warmest, comfiest spot often using the Bernese as a warm, furry cushion. She is a devoted companion and always there but never bothering just enjoys quietly being in your presence (ensuring she doesn’t miss out on anything!). Living in a big dog house Betty uses her size to weave under the big dogs to ensure she is at the front of any queue. She is a total delight to live with and an integral part of our family.

Once COVID allowed her show career to get underway, Betty has done amazingly well in the show ring.
